In addition, create your own training programs that can be automatically downloaded to the bike and vary your training to your own liking.

Haben/hatten schon einige Fitnessgeräte von Sport-Tiedje und waren/sind mit den allermeisten sehr zufrieden. Das Liegefahrrad von Nordictrack soll als Ergänzung zur Kraftmaschine und zum Waterrower dienen. Vor ca. 3 Wochen bestellt, pünktlich 5 Tage später geliefert worden und innerhalb von 2 Stunden (alleine) gemütlich aufgebaut. Die Einzelteile sind perfekt verpackt und beschriftet, die Montageanleitung ist mit die beste, die mir bislang in die Finger gekommen ist (alle Teile nummeriert). Das Training macht sehr viel Spaß und ist auch entsprechend effizient. Wer sich die App von ifit nicht herunterladen möchte (Tipp: hab ich über Apple Store gemacht, das erscheint mir günstiger), kann dennoch effektiv "manuell" trainieren. Das Training mittels ifit-App macht aber erheblich mehr Spaß. Entweder dem Trainer hinterherfahren oder eigene Strecken ausprobieren.
Die Qualität des Gerätes ist top: nichts quietscht, nichts nervt. Bedienung ist einfach, Ausstattung mit Lautsprecher, WLan, Ventilator sehr gut.... [Read more]
